They are not structural fixtures or permanent installations.
By purchasing, you acknowledge the product must be installed and used according to provided instructions.
Installation Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for proper installation.
Wall mounting uses removable adhesive strips and surface compatibility varies depending on paint, wall texture, humidity, and surface preparation.
118lights is not responsible for wall damage, paint removal, or surface marks resulting from installation or removal.
Custom Designs & Uploaded Content
Customers may submit logos, images, or text for custom orders.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
• you own the rights to use the design
• you have permission from the copyright holder
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 118lights from any intellectual property claims arising from submitted content.
We reserve the right to refuse designs we believe may violate copyright or trademark laws.
Product Use & Safety
Products are intended for indoor decorative use only.
Improper use including but not limited to:
- incorrect power supply
- modification
- exposure to moisture
- physical alteration
voids all warranties and liability.
This product is not a toy and must be kept away from young children.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
118lights shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
• property damage
• loss of income
• emotional distress
• third-party claims
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Order Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or unauthorized resale.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us before initiating a payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported and disputed with supporting documentation.
