At 118lights, each lightbox is individually produced and assembled by hand.
We aim to keep our policies clear, fair, and transparent.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or non-functional:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof
• Approved claims must be returned within 7 days of approval
We will provide a prepaid return label and offer either:
- replacement
- full refund
All costs are covered by [Store Name] for verified defective items.
Standard Returns (Non-Custom Products)
Returns for preference reasons are accepted if:
• Requested within 7 days of delivery
• Product is unused and in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Opened, installed, or used items are not eligible for return.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom products (names, logos, special colors) are final sale unless defective or damaged during transit.
Handmade Manufacturing Characteristics
Because each product is individually manufactured using 3D printing and hand finishing:
Minor cosmetic variations may occur such as:
• subtle layer lines
• small resin bubbles
• minimal light bleed
These are normal characteristics and not defects.
