Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.
All orders include free standard shipping.


Processing Time

All products are made to order.

Production time: 2–5 business days before shipment.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery after shipment: 3–7 business days

Please note: delivery time is separate from production time.

Total estimated arrival: 5–12 business days


Tracking

All orders include tracking information.
Tracking will be emailed once the order ships.


Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.

If the package is returned to us, the buyer must pay reshipping cost.


Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume.

These delays are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund once the order has shipped.


Delivered But Not Received

Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.

We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Customers must contact the carrier to file a claim.

We will assist with documentation if needed.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, the order cannot be canceled.
